HolBrock Estates Supportive Housing Programs serves Maryland through community-based housing information and connections, property safety management, and assisted living startup consultation.
Our approach begins with listening, explaining options, and identifying the responsibilities of everyone involved.
We assist individuals navigating homelessness, disabilities, financial hardship, and other circumstances that can make finding suitable housing difficult.
We also support safety at properties under our protection through commissioned special police officers, regular facility health and safety self-inspections, and emergency preparedness drills.
For prospective assisted living owners and operators, we provide consultation that helps organize preparation and clarify next steps.

Tell us the person’s age, preferred Maryland location, current housing situation, and how soon assistance is needed. Our team will explain the screening process and what information or authorization may be required.
