Property Safety Management
Protecting Property. Supporting Safety. Preparing for Emergencies.
HolBrock Estates Supportive Housing Programs, doing business as HolBrock Estates, provides property safety management at properties we own or have assumed responsibility for maintaining or protecting, within the scope of our authorized responsibilities.
Our services combine commissioned special police officers, regular facility health and safety self-inspections, and emergency preparedness drills to help maintain safe, orderly environments for residents, staff, and visitors.
01
Commissioned Special Police Officers
Our Maryland-commissioned special police officers protect property and preserve peace and good order within the scope of their commissions and applicable law.
Their role includes addressing disturbances, unauthorized activity, and other property safety concerns, with coordination with public safety agencies when appropriate.
02
Regular Facility Health and Safety Self-Inspections
We conduct regular internal facility health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and conditions requiring attention.
Findings are documented and communicated to responsible personnel for corrective action and follow-up. This process helps facilities identify concerns, assign responsibility, and track needed improvements.
These self-inspections support ongoing safety practices and preparedness. They supplement required government inspections and do not constitute regulatory approval or certification.
03
Emergency Preparedness and Drills
We conduct and coordinate emergency preparedness drills to help residents and staff understand what to do during an emergency.
Drills may address fire evacuation, sheltering in place, and other emergency procedures appropriate to the facility and its occupants. We use drill observations to identify opportunities for improvement, clarify responsibilities, and strengthen preparedness.
